1. What We Collect
Order details (name, email, shipping address, items purchased) so we can fulfill and support your order. Site analytics: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, and A/B test variant shown, used to improve the store.
2. Payments
Card, Apple Pay, BNPL, and ScorpioPay Wallet token payments are processed securely on PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment infrastructure (Stripe / ScorpioPay). We never collect or store raw payment card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use It
Fulfilling orders, order status verification, support emails, and understanding which products and pages perform best. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Emails
You receive transactional emails (order confirmation, tracking updates) when you place an order. Marketing emails are sent only if you explicitly subscribe, and every marketing email includes a one-click opt-out.
5. Your Rights
Email rollinupcali@aol.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and order history, subject to records we must legally keep.
6. Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and compliance purposes. Analytics data is kept no longer than 24 months.
