1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of a state where THCa hemp products are legal to purchase. By using this site you confirm you meet both conditions.
2. Products & Farm Bill Compliance
All products contain hemp-derived THCa compliant with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill (under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.
3. Orders, Pricing & ScorpioPay Wallet Terms
All product prices, volume discounts, promotional codes, shipping fees, and taxes are calculated and verified on our servers prior to payment. ScorpioPay Wallet Tokens are valued at 100 Tokens = $1.00 USD ($0.01 per token) and may be redeemed in full against eligible storefront orders. Unspent Wallet Tokens are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
4. State Shipping Eligibility & Returns
We ship discreetly and vacuum-sealed only to eligible US states where 2018 Farm Bill hemp-derived THCa products are permitted. Orders to restricted states (currently HI, ID, MN, OR, RI, UT, VT pending final legal counsel matrix) are blocked at checkout. Due to the consumable nature of the products, opened items cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact rollinupcali@aol.com within 7 days of delivery.
5. Promotional Offers & Mystery Boxes
Spin-to-Win promotional codes (RUC5, RUC10, RUC15, RUC20, RUCSHIP) apply one code per order at checkout. Mystery Vault ($50 offer) and Rip-a-Box cases guarantee the stated sealed inventory and bonus items at the published server price, plus one random chase item selected according to the published tier odds.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollin Up Cali is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
