4. What products do you offer?
RollinupCali offers exotic boutique flower, top shelf flower, branded flower, bulk and wholesale flower, disposables, vape carts, edibles, and pre-rolls.
6. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Pickup in NYC is available on select products.
7. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary. This processing estimate reflects the shipping policy draft we prepared from your provided business terms.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
No. All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not permitted.
9. When can a refund be considered?
Refunds may only be considered if you received the wrong item, your order arrived damaged and you report it within 48 hours, or your package was not delivered as confirmed by the carrier.
10. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact RollinupCali within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
11. Are you responsible for lost or stolen packages?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, RollinupCali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
