1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final. Once an order has been placed, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not permitted. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your order arrived damaged and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Your package was not delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Orders placed in error or incorrect product selection
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

We may request photo evidence or additional documentation to verify any claim. All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of RollinupCali and are not guaranteed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Requests submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, RollinupCali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

5. Shipping & Delivery Conditions

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

For high-value orders, RollinupCali reserves the right to require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure successful receipt.

6. Case-by-Case Decisions

All refund or replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of RollinupCali. Abuse of this policy, including repeated claims or suspicious activity, may result in refusal of service or future orders.
