1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Availability

RollinupCali currently ships to eligible locations where hemp-derived products are permitted by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that these products are legal in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified on the product page. Certain products may include a flat shipping fee.

4. Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, or other factors outside of our control.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. RollinupCali is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, RollinupCali is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for review.

9. Signature Confirmation

For certain orders, especially high-value purchases, RollinupCali reserves the right to require signature confirmation at delivery to help ensure successful receipt.

10. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

11. Compliance Notice

All products sold by RollinupCali are sourced from federally compliant hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws before ordering.
